External Membrane Failure Brunei

The original waterproofing contractor came and did a repair work on their own external membrane. This is the result…. !!!

For this Shopping Centre and Hotel project in Brunei, the client chose a rolled-on external waterproofing membrane for their roof top waterproofing.  Five years into the service life of the roof, and the external membrane started to crack and leak into their hotel room causing great inconvenience and expense to the hotel operator.

The original waterproofing contractor came and did a repair work on the membrane, with very poor results.

After this second failure, the building owners turned to BUE, the exclusive Kryton distributor in Brunei to help fix this problem. BUE has now fixed their leak problem successfully with the Krystol Crack Repair System, which was applied to over 200 cracks.
