A San Francisco luxury condominium complex has its owners furious at design flaws caused by the architect’s design of the building units. The San Francisco condominium owners association accuses the architects of design flaws that caused overheating and structural defects.

• Compensation for the value of the work that you hired the professional to perform
• Property damages
• Other damages

The suit by the owners association, filed in 2008, alleges that units overheated because of defective ventilation and window design, and also claimed instances of water infiltration, structural cracks and other hazards.
