Kryton Build Day On Thursday May 2nd, a dedicated group of Krytonites headed out to Burnaby to roll up our sleeves and volunteer our time to a Habitat for Humanity townhouse project. It was a beautiful day to help a great cause. Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver has been working hard to complete this project in Burnaby, which is now in its final few months.

Habitat for HumanityOur group of twelve separated into three groups to build a form, strain recycled paint, or prepared a unit’s interior for painting. Each group was a mix of different departments, who don’t usually get a chance to work together, so the day also offered a welcome team building experience. The Habitat staff there to direct our activities were amazingly friendly and helpful, bringing a great vibe to the hard work.

Habitat for Humanity VancouverThank you to Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver for making this day a fantastic experience!
